I want to walk along the roads with a deer rifle in my day pack. It’s legal to hunt there, but it’s so rare, people freak when they see a man with a rifle. Lots of communters and whatnot from Palmdale and Lancaster driving to Los Angeles. I would like to walk the roads with the gun broken down in two pieces. And then step off road and put it together. I figure to put a four power scope on it, wrap it in a Beach towel, and put it in my day pack.
I would walk back to my car and drive to the deer and get it.
Guess some people make a lot of assumptions.
