As an accountant, does it make sense to change to an Apple Computer?

  • Posted on October 24, 2011 at 12:01 am

Have always used a IBM compatible pc as a business computer. That is what you would use for business for many years. Has that changed? Doea an Apple computer work just as well these days?

Can anyone give me one good reason to buy a PC over an Apple computer?

  • Posted on October 2, 2011 at 12:02 am

Since Apple makes the best computers on the planet, I want somone to give me one good reason NOT to buy one. Apple has the lowest rate of repair of any computer company, they have the highest rated Customer Service, and they make the only computers that can run Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux (plus any other you can think of). Compatitiblity is not a valid argument as all Apple computers can also run Windows. Price is not valid as Windows computers have a much higher cost of ownership (several thousand dollars more). One GOOD reason is all I need. Please, humor me.

they’re all copying apples design, apples design is great but its a shame computer companies don’t try to compete with their rivals with innovation, not basing it on another companies design.

What cheap camcorder works best with an Apple G5 computer?

I need to find a cheap camcorder (under 0 ideally) that works well with an Apple computer (specifically: iMac G5 1.8 GHz processor, 2 GBs ram). I’ve been reading through reviews of digital camcorders and many of them are made specifically for Windows PCs and cause trouble (or just don’t work) on Macs. What camcorder should I buy?
