Jamieson Airlines has a central office that takes reservations for all flights flown by the airlines. The calls recievd during any week are approx. normally distributed, with a mean of 12,000 and a standard deviation of 2,500.
a. During what percentage of weeks does the airline receive more than 11,000 calls?
b. During what percentage of weeks does it receive fewer than 12,300 calls?
c. During what percentage of weeks does it receive between 10,800 and 13,400 calls?
d. During the past year, the manager of the cenral office has kept track of the number of calls received each week. SHe has determined that the smallest number of calls was 10, 800 and the largest number of calls was 13,400. If the calls received are normally distributed, determine the mean and standard deviations this data suggests.

I understand if you cannot do all 4, but please show the work for what you can do, this way I can try to figure it out. I need this one for class tomorrow….Thanks!
